Your Mission
As a Weekend Registered Nurse, you'll provide skilled nursing care while helping ensure residents receive exceptional care and support when they need it most.
Working every other weekend, you'll assess resident needs, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and provide leadership to nursing assistants and LPNs. Your clinical expertise, compassion, and calm leadership will help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our residents.
What You'll Do
  • Provide skilled nursing care and perform resident assessments.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting exceptional resident care.
  • Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with all clinical, state, and federal requirements.
  • Respond to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism, sound judgment, and compassion.
What You'll Bring
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
