Job description

Richco Structures is currently seeking a friendly, organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Part-time position 20-25 hours per week. Monday - Friday. Hours approximately 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with general office suport

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bi-lingual would be a plus
