Hours: Start Time 8:00 AM â€" 5:00 PM Days: Monday - Friday Job Title: Office Manager / Service Writer (Marine Services) Job Description: Office Manager / Service Writer â€" Day to day operations in main office with the ability to provide customers with information about our services, pricing and details to their specific project; the ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments at one time while having good phone etiquette and communication skills. Daily Tasks: Working with customers in person and on the phone Taking phone calls and being able to answer questions from general to details regarding their job and status of their job Daily data entry: Customer database, Invoices, customer files and job tracking Maintaining clear communication with owners on projects and paperwork; including scheduling, finite details of their job and the status of their jobs Work hand-in-hand with owner and managers on daily job intakes, building and maintaining production schedules. Maintaining a clean work environment and maintaining showroom new products and making sure it is clean as needed.
