The Role
This isn't a traditional table-bussing position. As an Event & Food Hall Porter, you are essential to keeping our expansive space running smoothly. You'll play a key backend role in setting up and breaking down campus events while keeping our main food hall clean, organized, and inviting for our guests.
Because this role demands extra flexibility and multi-tasking across a large venue, we offer a higher base rate of $23.00/hour, plus a share of the service charge tip pool.

Qualifications & Requirements
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and safely handle up to 40โ50 lbs (tables, chairs, and bus tubs) throughout the day.
Reliable & Proactive: You take pride in keeping a high-end space looking great and show up on time for scheduled setups.
Team-Oriented: Willing to jump in wherever needed to support the floor team, kitchen staff, and event planners.
Flexible Schedule: Availability to work varying shifts, including early mornings or evenings aligned with event schedules.
Food Handler Card: Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire).
