Job description

The Archdiocese of St. Louis strives to teach and share our faith, serve others, and foster unity throughout the St. Louis area. Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Job Summary
The Presentation Arts Center is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Operations and Program Manager to support the mission and strategic goals of the organization. This part-time role works closely with the Leadership Team to oversee daily operations and coordinate programming, ensuring that all initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the Center's mission and strategic plan.
Job Responsibilities
  • Support implementation and ongoing progress of the Center's strategic plan, including tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate and schedule year-round arts programming and volunteer instructors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, collaborators, and local organizations
  • Develop and streamline internal systems, including participant databases, enrollment processes, and volunteer onboarding
  • Assist with grant writing, reporting, and resource development efforts
  • Coordinate facility needs, including repairs, maintenance, and operational support
  • Assist with recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with child safety training requirements for volunteers and vendors
  • Collaborate with the PAC Director, administrative team, parish and school staff, and external partners
  • Represent the Presentation Arts Center in interactions with vendors and community stakeholders

Job Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in or ability to learn Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Workspace, Wix, social media platforms, and Canva
  • Experience in nonprofit operations, program coordination, volunteer management, or arts administration preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
