$19.50-$24.00/hour | Weekly Pay | 4-Day Work Week Available | Full Benefits


Production Castings, Inc. is hiring dependable Machine Operators for our Fenton manufacturing facility.


Previous die casting experience is not required. If you are mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-focused, and willing to learn, we will provide the training you need to grow your skills and advance within our operation.


Work Schedule Options

1st Shift - 4-Day Work Week
Monday-Thursday | 5:15 AM-3:45 PM


2nd Shift - 4-Day Work Week
Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM-2:00 AM


3rd Shift
Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM-5:30 AM

What You'll Do
  • Operate production equipment including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
  • Load, unload, and monitor manufacturing equipment to keep production running efficiently.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Identify and report equipment, quality, or production issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow established safety procedures.
