Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Weekend Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our healthcare facility. Your weekends will be filled with coordinating staffing and scheduling. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling for our weekend shifts, ensuring adequate coverage for all departments

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our staffing needs and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training plans to ensure effective staff development

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive environment

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including staffing schedules, attendance records, and training documentation

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and staff satisfaction

Requirements:
