We’ll train you (while you're getting paid) on customer service, logistics, truck operations, sales and negotiation so you can wow our customers and develop skills to help grow your career!

Duties

  • A Day in The Life:

* Inspect the Truck - Use a checklist to ensure the truck is safe and ready to rock!

* Plan the Day - Meet with your teammates and operations leaders to ensure the most efficient day possible!

* Be Junk Kings - Crews of two will drive our big red beautiful trucks to customer homes and businesses, meet with customers, learn their needs and desires, and removing their unwanted items.

* Wow Our Customers - We take great pride in our commitment to going the extra mile and having the specific objective of "wowing" every single customer somehow!

* Empty the Truck - You’ll determine which items get recycled, which get donated, which come back to the shop for further sorting, and which go to the landfill

* Keep In Touch - Efficient operations means constant communications with your friendly, fun, operations leader who is committed to maximizing YOUR earnings!

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Driver or similar role, preferably in courier or delivery services.
  • Proficient in operating various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
  • Knowledge of route driving techniques and navigation skills for efficient deliveries.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
