Role Overview
Position: Hyper Wellness Representative
Location: McCandless Crossing
Type: Part-Time
Our Hyper Wellness Representative welcomes clients, promotes memberships, supports core wellness services, and ensures every guest has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, conduct tours, and deliver a best-in-class service experience.
  • Educate clients on Restore’s therapies and their wellness benefits.
  • Drive membership and retail sales to meet studio goals.
  • Manage bookings, client onboarding, and general studio operations.
  • Support marketing events and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience 
  • 1+ years of sales experience 
  • Experience in a membership–based sales role within health/wellness/fitness industry preferred
Skills and Abilities: 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong teamwork mentality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
