$15+ per hour base, $40 per demo (from lead or appointment), .67 per mile reimbursement mileage.
Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team, both weekday and weekend shifts available. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working on a team, and earning commission in addition to base pay.
You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores; promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset
  • Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Reliable transportation to event locations
