We are a small, family-oriented dental practice seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Office Manager to lead the front office operations. As the first point of contact for patients and the organizational backbone of our practice, the Office Manager ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports clinical staff, and maintains an exceptional patient experience.
Primary responsibilities include:
-presenting treatment plans
-verifying insurance
-over-the-top customer service skills
-managing an efficient schedule
-monitoring practice numbers (prod/coll)
-managing overhead

Salary Range

Part-time $33 - $36 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Benefits

Monday: 5 hours (9-2, 8-1, etc)
Tuesday: 8am-5pm
Wednesday: 8am-5pm
Thursday: 9am-6pm
Two Saturdays/month: 8am-1pm
