Part-Time Housekeeper Position
The Club at Hillbrook

The Club at Hillbrook is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced Part-Time Weekend Housekeeper to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall comfort of the Club's facilities for members, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate professionalism at all times, and be committed to upholding the Club's high standards of excellence.

Position Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work on a consistent basis.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment.

Primary Responsibilities

The Part-Time Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas of the Club are maintained in a clean, sanitary, and welcoming condition. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning and maintaining all Club facilities, including common areas, restrooms, guest rooms, fitness center, pool locker rooms, offices, and other designated areas.
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces throughout the Club.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and locker rooms, ensuring supplies are fully stocked at all times.
  • Changing bed linens and towels in guest accommodations and preparing rooms for arriving guests.
  • Replenish guest room amenities, linens, toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
  • Performing laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
  • Assisting with ironing and pressing linens when required.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, safety concerns, or inventory shortages to management promptly.
  • Properly handling and storing cleaning products, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Assisting with special cleaning projects and event preparation as directed by management.
