Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer

Job Description:

Combining functional movement with high intensity interval training, our 45-minute workouts are delivered by a talented team of certified personal trainers using cutting edge technologies to deliver results for our members.

We are looking for experienced, high energy, ambitious and charismatic trainers to join our F45 Training Landmark team. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead classes, working closely with each individual member to provide the ultimate F45 experience.

The ideal candidate has a passion for health and fitness and has mastered the skills of exercise, motivation, multi-tasking, and brings contagious energy.

Responsibilities:

· Consistently provide an exceptional F45 fitness experience; welcoming members by name, motivating and encouraging members, providing attention to all members during class and ensuring that members are performing exercises safely and correctly

· Introduce classes and conduct warmups; demonstrate and explain all exercises in class with coaching of regressions and progressions for all fitness levels (beginner to elite)

· Collaborate with the Head Trainer and team on daily, weekly, and monthly goals

· Deliver studio tours and assist team in other in-studio sales processes

· Perform fitness consultations and evaluations for members using Fit 3D Body Scanner

· Create and manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio

Requirements / Experience / Attributes:

· Must have current Personal Training (NCCA accredited) and Red Cross (CPR/AED) certifications (required)

· Personal or group training experience (preferred)

· Ability to prioritize safety and corrective movement of members in a large group setting

· A strong passion for fitness and helping others

· A warm, caring, upbeat energy with a people-focused attitude

· Self-motivated, reliable, confident, dependable and punctual
