By Landmark is hiring a Wedding & Event Inquiry Specialist to handle inbound inquiries from couples and clients. This is a phone-focused role where you'll guide conversations, answer questions, and schedule venue tours across our properties.

No cold calling, all inbound leads.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Speak with couples/clients to understand event details (date, guest count, style)
  • Recommend the best-fit venue(s) and schedule tours
  • Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into appointments
  • Log activity in CRM and manage scheduling
  • Coordinate with venue sales teams

Qualifications

  • 13 years of customer service, call center, or scheduling experience
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling tools
