Job Description
We are seeking a professional and personable Call Center Representative to join our team. This Part-Time position available in the Westbury, NY location of a Dental Administration Office for the position of Customer Service Representative/Clerical Worker, working in our call center.
Up to 24 hours per week
Work hours - 8:45 AM - 4:40 PM
This position is NOT REMOTE.
Training provided
Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person
  • Verify eligibility, and breakdown of schedules
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions
  • Review audits and/or policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service
  • Other diversified clerical duties.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
