What You'll Do
As a Caregiver or CNA, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one care that helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Changing linens and maintaining a clean environment
  • Monitoring and documenting client condition and activities
  • Taking and recording vital signs when appropriate
  • Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
  • Following individualized care plans under nursing supervision
Qualifications
  • Current CNA certification preferred (where applicable)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, or healthcare experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle with current insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with mobility needs
  • Ability to pass background screening and hiring requirements
