Job description
Summary: The part-time Bartender is responsible for providing friendly, professional beverage service at weddings, parties, and other celebrations. This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service and preparing high-quality drinks. Events primarily occur on evenings and weekends, with shifts typically lasting 4–6 hours depending on event size and duration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage bar inventory and complete bar setup prior to each event.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Verify identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card, or drink ticket transactions.
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with event planners, catering teams, and venue staff for a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to beverage service and sanitation.
Required Skills and Abilities:
