As a Banquet Bartender, you will play a key role in bringing special events to life by providing professional, attentive beverage service for weddings, corporate functions, galas, and other memorable occasions. What you will be doing
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet events while delivering exceptional, personalized guest service.

  • Set up, stock, and maintain banquet bars, ensuring all supplies, garnishes, and equipment are event-ready.

  • Accurately process beverage orders and maintain compliance with responsible alcohol service standards and company policies.

  • Collaborate with banquet staff and event teams to ensure seamless execution of weddings, corporate functions, galas, and special events.

  • Monitor bar inventory throughout events, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup.

Position Requirements
  • At least two years of previous bartending experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume event environments preferred.

  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

  • Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails, along with an understanding of responsible alcohol service practices.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

  • Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
