We are seeking a Part-Time Junior Web Developer (CMS Webflow/Framer) to support the development of web platforms for internal initiatives and enterprise clients. This entry-level position is ideal for a developer looking to gain hands-on experience in Webflow and Framer while working on real client projects in a professional environment.
This role is part-time, U.S.-based, and requires legal authorization to work in the United States. Uniqcli does not sponsor visas for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites using Webflow and Framer.
  • Create and manage CMS collections, content structures, and dynamic templates.
  • Translate design hand-offs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive, interactive web experiences.
  • Test and debug websites for cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior.
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and designers to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Document workflows, content models, and CMS configurations.
  • Contribute to iterative improvements in front-end performance and SEO.
  • Learn and apply best practices in web security, accessibility, and optimization.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
