- Information Technology Analyst III, $42.63 - $72.46 per hour
- Information Technology Analyst II, $35.97 - $61.12 per hour
- Information Technology Analyst I, $28.18 - $47.92 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and extend the backend infrastructure for the MyUtah and MyBusiness applications using Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Master Engineer to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Work with cross-discipline teams to integrate with various enterprise tools including ServiceNow, Apigee, and master data management systems.
- Develop collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams using source control tools like GitHub.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and continuous improvement of development processes.
- Design, deploy, and manage backend services within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment to ensure cloud-native scalability and performance.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead technical discussions for new features and mentor team members on best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum or "day-one" qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Proven track record of working in enterprise systems and supporting complex, large-scale backend web applications.
- Demonstrated mastery in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native services in enterprise environments (GCP preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership in collaborating with cross-discipline teams to resolve complex system integration challenges and drive best-practices.
Preferred or trainable/on-the-job qualifications:
- Experience in government or public-sector IT projects.
- Experience with React or other JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience or familiarity integrating with enterprise tools like ServiceNow or Apigee.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification.
