Job description

Part-Time Admin / Receptionist Location: Spokane, WA (On-site) Company: Signs for Success Part-Time | 20 Hours/Week | $18–$20/hr DOE

A front desk that runs well makes everything else easier.

Signs for Success is a locally owned commercial signage company with over 20 years of experience producing vehicle wraps, illuminated signs, ADA wayfinding, and branded environments for businesses across the region. We make SIGNS THAT MEAN BUSINESS — and we need a sharp, reliable person to keep our front office running the same way.

This is a part-time role with a clear path to full-time for the right person.

What You Will Do

  • Answer incoming calls and check voicemail — you are the first voice our customers hear
  • Greet customers and manage order pickups at the front desk
  • Process payments and handle check deposits
  • Handle outgoing shipments and coordinate with carriers
  • Scan and file documents
  • Order and manage office and restroom supplies
  • Log safety records
  • Support the operations team with general admin tasks as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing a busy front desk
  • Clear communicator — in person and on the phone
  • Professional and personable with customers
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel — you do not need to be an expert, just comfortable.
  • No signage experience required — we will train you on our systems

  • Phones answered promptly and customers greeted professionally
  • Front desk operations running without gaps or dropped tasks
  • The team spending less time on admin and more time on their work
  • A role that grows with you as the business grows

Schedule & Compensation

  • 20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling within our business hours — we will work with you
  • $18–$20 per hour depending on experience
  • Part-time employees accrue paid sick leave in accordance with Washington State law. After 6 months, employees may be eligible for additional benefits.
  • Real potential to grow to full-time as the company expands
