Detailed Description:
Are you a dependable, team-oriented individual with a can-do attitude? We are looking for you! Our Warehouse Team Members serve as a key link between our company and our customer base of collision repair shops in the region.
The goal for each Warehouse Associate is to be a team player and be able and willing to go the extra mile.
Shift: Monday - Friday | 2PM- 6PM
A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Team Member with Empire Auto Parts may include:
โ€ข Processing, packing, and shipping orders accurately
โ€ข Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
โ€ข Inspecting products for defects and damages
โ€ข Examining ingoing and outgoing deliveries
โ€ข Organizing warehouse space
โ€ข Receiving, unloading, and placing incoming inventory items appropriately
โ€ข Checking, verifying, and filling customer invoices
โ€ข Abiding by all company safety and hygiene regulations
โ€ข Keeping warehouse clean and organized daily
โ€ข Performing duties as assigned by supervisor
Our Ideal Warehouse Team Member Will:
โ€ข Possess a friendly and sincere demeanor
โ€ข Ability to work well in a team environment
โ€ข Be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented
โ€ข Have previous experience or knowledge of auto parts
โ€ข Have a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus
โ€ข Be at least 18 years old
โ€ข Cherry picking experience is a plus

โ€ข Must be able to engage in frequent, repeated, rapid, and/or strenuous physical activity for long periods of time
โ€ข Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and knowledge of how to lift and carry objects safely, cautiously, and effectively
โ€ข Must be able to safely operate equipment, observe safety procedures, and meet safety requirements
โ€ข Staging, loading, unloading parts, and stocking, locating, and maintaining warehouse inventory
โ€ข Responsibilities include pulling orders for delivery and shipment
โ€ข Ability to operate a cherry picker, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
โ€ข Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
