American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company currently seeking motivated individuals to assist at our Smyrna, TN, location with manual container loading and unloading.
Warehouse experience is preferred. Apply today!!
Duties will include, but are not limited to, sorting & Scanning retail merchandise by store number, building, wrapping, and staging of pallets.
  • Warehouse Scanner Experience a MUST
  • Load and unload products safely and efficiently
  • This position requires lots of walking and being on your feet for long periods of time
  • Consistently lift 50 lbs. throughout your shift
  • MUST HAVE STEEL-TOE SHOES
  • Accurately scan and document inventory
  • Lead by example to motivate and support team members
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break down totes)
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies
  • Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
  • excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

SCHEDULE:
  • Sunday - Thursday 2:00pm-6:00pm
  • May work Friday's
  • Paid Weekly - Friday

BENEFITS:
  • Health Insurance- after 30 days
  • PTO- (accrual starts from day 1 but cannot be used until day 90)
  • 401K- after 180 days (6 months)

  • Must undergo a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test

  • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. consistently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
