Schedule: Part Time Weekdays/Rotating Weekends. 4p-8p on Weekdays, 9a-6p on Weekends.

The Villa of Suffield Meadows is located at 5735 Suffield Ln, Warrenton VA 20187. The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offering residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short-term respite care solutions. At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provide dignified and compassionate support to each resident.

How you'll contribute   

A Receptionist who excels in this role: 

  • Provides high level of customer service. Greets visitors and answers telephone promptly and courteously, takes accurate and complete messages, forwards or answers inquiries as appropriate. 

  • Ensures supplies, equipment, and work environment are kept clean, well stocked, and organized at all times. Achieves and maintains working knowledge of all office equipment, facilitates repairs as appropriate.

  • Prepares statistical reports and performs clerical functions such as preparing and sending outgoing mail, distributing incoming mail, maintaining filing systems, entering data and maintaining databases, typing documents and correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
