Location: 400 Washington Street, Suite 302, Braintree, MA 02184
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (On-site only)

Position Overview

We are hiring an additional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who:

This position is on-site only and we are looking to fill it immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO, four support staff members, three salespeople, and our many happy clients
  • Assist with projects involving Zoom meetings, office operations, and administrative coordination
  • Assist with answering phones professionally and communicating clearly in both verbal and written form
  • Handle routine questions, route calls, and provide accurate information
  • Create, update, and maintain company materials, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Assist clients with class registrations and Zoom scheduling
  • Manage the Executive’s calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Coordinate virtual events and workshops via Zoom
  • Occasionally arrive early to assist with event setup and logistics
  • Maintain consistent Monday–Friday hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) with occasional early arrival/early departure flexibility
  • Contribute to our positive, high-performance company culture
  • Bring a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to learn

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and database/CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
