Are you a compassionate, dependable caregiver ready for a rewarding role with real support behind you? We are actively hiring experienced Caregivers and Private Duty Home Health Aides (HHA) for in-home and senior living community settings across the Metro Detroit area.
CNAs, HHAs, DSPs, personal care aides, and experienced private caregivers are all encouraged to apply.
POSITION DETAILS
- Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour (Pay dependent on qualifications and type of shift)
- Paid weekly every Friday | Overtime & incentive pay available
- Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract
- Shifts: Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available | One weekend shift required per week
- Location: Metro Detroit -- New Hudson & Novi, MI | In-person (in-home & senior living settings)
- Commute: Must reside within 30 miles / 25 minutes of New Hudson or Novi, MI
ABOUT THE ROLE
This posting covers two caregiving settings within our care team. Depending on your availability and experience, you may be considered for one or both:
Private Duty / In-Home Caregiver
One-on-one personal care and companionship in a client's private home.
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Document care notes using a simple mobile app
Senior Living Community Care Team
-Team-based resident care in an Independent Living community (New Hudson/Novi, MI).
- Follow individualized scheduled care plans for each resident
- Assist with personal care, daily activities, and answering pendant presses
- Provide medication reminders as a trained Med-Tech (paid training provided -- no prior experience required)
- Document care using care sheets and a mobile app
- Collaborate with a fun, smart, and dedicated care team
- Note: Community is pet-friendly; residents may have pets in their rooms (pet care is not required of staff)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of direct caregiving experience (CNA, HHA, DSP, personal care, or similar)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Must reside within 30 miles/25 minutes of New Hudson and/or Novi, MI
- Current CPR certification
- Comfortable using a mobile app for clock-in/out and care documentation
- Must pass a background check and TB screening
- Willingness to become Med-Tech trained for the senior living setting (paid training provided)
