Job description

We are seeking a temporary, part-time Administrative Assistant to support internal office operations related to active projects. This role focuses on calendar management, electronic database upkeep, and general administrative support tied to current workload demands.


This position is onsite in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The schedule is flexible part-time, with a target of 4–5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars with accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate and support Zoom meetings, including scheduling, links, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Update and maintain electronic databases and internal records.
  • Enter, track, and audit data to ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Provide general administrative support, including occasional errands and office-related tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling internal information.


Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative coordination experience.
  • High level of computer proficiency.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of Zoom operations and virtual meeting management.
  • Experience working with databases or tracking systems.
  • Applicant Tracking System experience is a plus.
