Who Are We Hiring?

The primary function of this role is to assist with the daily operations of the Madison Square Garden All Access Tour while helping deliver a world-class guest experience. This individual will:

  • Assist tour guides throughout the tour route.
  • Ensure the safety, security, and organization of tour guests.
  • Operate technology stations along the tour route.
  • Set up and break down tour props and equipment.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for venue tours.
  • Help create memorable and engaging experiences for guests.
What Will You Do?
  • Set up and break down the check-in desk, waiting area, photo experience, and virtual reality stations (no prior VR experience required).
  • Trail tours to ensure guests remain together and tours remain secure.
  • Support tour guides by researching additional information and providing translations when needed.
  • Welcome guests during check-in and collect demographic information.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador on the arena plaza steps and in the box office lobby to encourage tour participation.
  • Assist with the arrival and organization of large tour groups.
  • Secure, monitor, and return tour-related equipment, including radios, keys, uniforms, lockers, and props.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the tour route throughout the day.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across multiple departments.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members while adhering to appearance and presentation standards.
What Do You Need to Succeed?
  • Experience in a guest-facing role with a strong focus on customer service and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Background in event ushering, guest relations, hospitality, or the service industry preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing requests and priorities.
  • High level of commitment, reliability, and flexibility.
  • Availability to work at least 4 days per week, including Sundays and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • This is a seasonal, part-time position.
Special Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to operate virtual reality and other immersive technology (training provided; no prior experience required).
