About the Opportunity

Our client brings together expertise across sponsorship, partnerships, consumer insights, and brand strategy, working with some of the most recognized brands, rights holders, properties, events, and organizations across North America.

We're looking for a creative, tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to support marketing initiatives across both brands. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, creating content, working with modern marketing tools, and bringing ideas to life.

You'll work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, create content, manage marketing platforms, and support webinars, reports, email, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, quick to learn, and excited by AI, digital marketing, and content creation.

About the Role

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on execution and content production. You'll help bring campaigns to life across email, social media, websites, webinars, and digital content while gaining exposure to how modern B2B marketing programs are built and measured.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Marketing Support
  • Draft copy for emails, blogs, social posts and newsletter content.
  • Repurpose webinars, reports and research into multiple content formats.
  • Assist with content uploads and publishing.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining the content calendar.
Email Marketing & CRM
  • Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot/Nutshell CRM.
  • Support CRM organization and database management.
  • Help track campaign performance and generate basic reports.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Digital Marketing & Website Support
  • Publish and update website and blog content.
  • Assist with SEO optimization and content updates.
  • Support webinar, event, and report launch activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft marketing content across multiple channels.
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Quick learner with an interest in marketing technology and digital trends.
Bonus if you have:
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with SEO and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media management.
  • Interest in sports, sponsorship, entertainment, events, or consumer insights.
