Job Summary:
Gold Rush Gaming is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Emergency Fill Collector to service and maintain our video gaming terminals at partner locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for replenishing cash, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. This position requires travel between locations, excellent time management, and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Refill cash and paper supplies in video gaming terminals (VGTs) and redemption machines.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of terminals.
  • Accurately log inventory and service activities at each location.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company procedures and state regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with location owners and internal support teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of machines and work areas.
  • Perform emergency fills or service calls when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check per Illinois Gaming Board regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Dependable.
  • Good physical condition – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in route service, field tech support, or cash handling is a plus.
Schedule amp; Availability:
  • Preferred workdays are Thursday through Sunday, 3 PM to 1:00 AM.
