Schedule: Part-Time | 10-20 hours/week
Availability: Monday-Friday (daytime hours)
Travel: Local coastal territory

Client-Facing Role with Growth Potential - No Experience Required

We’re hiring a friendly, reliable, and service-driven professional to join our team as a Coastal Territory Lead in the Galveston area.

This is more than a photography position - you’ll be the primary face of our brand in the local market! You’ll work directly with real estate agents, capture listing media, and help build relationships that drive long-term growth.

No extensive photography experience needed. We provide paid training, equipment guidance, and structured processes - you bring the personality and professionalism.

About the Role

This position combines three key areas:

1. Real Estate Media Production
Capture high-quality listing photos and media using a proven system.

2. Client Experience
Deliver a smooth, professional, and friendly experience for agents and homeowners.

3. Territory Growth
Build relationships with agents and help expand our presence in the coastal market.

You’ll become the go-to local representative, supporting both client retention and growth through referrals and networking!

Compensation & Growth

Training Period

  • $20/hour (approx. 4 weeks)

After Training

  • $30/hour for shoots
  • Mileage reimbursement: $0.40/mile

What You’ll Do

Media Production
