We believe relationships come before transactions and every interaction is an opportunity to serve someone well.  We're looking for a creative part-time Content Creator to help tell our story.  You'll work closely with our agency owner and teams to capture real moments, create engaging content and showcase the people, culture and community that make our agency unique.

Responsibilities
  • Capture photos and videos of daily office life, customer experiences, community events, and team activities.
  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook and other social platforms.  
  • Create graphics, captions, and social media content aligned with our brand voice.
  • Work with Agency Owner to plan and organize weekly content.  
  • Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts.
  • Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that increase engagement and community awareness.
  • Assist with community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
  • Help maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing platforms.
  • Stay informed on current social media trends while protecting the professionalism of the State Farm brand.

Qualifications
  • Experience creating content for social media.
  • Comfortable using an iPhone and basic editing software.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail. 
  • Reliable transportation for local events. 
  • Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. 
  • Photography and video editing experience preferred but not required.
