Fairfax, VA

Full-time, Part-time

Re-posted 12 days ago

Job description

We have an exceptional opportunity for a full-time or part-time board-certified Mohs surgeon to join a successful, well-managed, privately owned dermatology practice in Northern Virginia.

The position offers excellent hours, no EMR, no inbox burden, no travel, and a single-location practice. No general dermatology is required. The practice has been privately owned for 24 years, with no venture capital involvement.

Located in affluent Fairfax County, just 25 minutes outside Washington, DC, the practice offers access to top schools, airports, and outstanding cultural, dining, and social opportunities.

Work alongside another well-established Mohs surgeon in a newly expanded office suite with comprehensive Mohs infrastructure already in place: a full CLIA-certified pathology lab, 5 highly trained Mohs histotechs, 5 cryostats, fully equipped Mohs suites, and dedicated clinical support.

Join 6 general dermatology providers in a collaborative, collegial environment with a strong internal and external referral base. The practice also has excellent community support, including oculoplastics, plastics, radiation oncology, and other specialists.

The position may be structured as 4 days per week full-time, with part-time also available for the right candidate. For a full-time position, cosmetic dermatology will be part of the role, with an opportunity to help expand cosmetic services.

Compensation includes a generous base salary, incentive compensation, and a full benefits package.
