**Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Hospital Valet Parking Attendant to join our team during the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience at our facility. As the first point of contact for many arriving at the hospital, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors as they arrive at the hospital.
- Provide valet parking services, including parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Monitor traffic flow within the valet area and direct vehicles accordingly.
- Assist guests with their walkers and any special requests they may have.
- Ensure the safety and security of all parked vehicles, including performing routine inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and parking transactions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety and security.
- Respond to inquiries from patients and visitors regarding hospital services and directions.
- Work collaboratively with other hospital departments and staff to assist in overall visitor experience.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or irregularities to the Parking Services Manager promptly.
