Job Details

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To be present at the front desk of the assigned building during your shift to facilitate tenant needs and monitor visitors to the building.

Job Description

• Receive Short Term tenants on a daily, weekly, monthly basis (Martin Hall).
• To be Tenant/Guest Customer Service oriented at all times.
• Maintain all desk logs accurately and appropriately.
• Receive and distribute USPS and Jefferson University mail to tenant mailboxes. Log and distribute package deliveries to tenants.
• Receive and record all tenant request/complaints maintenance /custodial requests to through the proper methods
• Record all apartment/room keys distributed during shift on StarRez.
• Conduct all move-in/move-out desk procedures within StarRez as outlined in office procedures.
• Adhere to emergency procedures and provide incident/ fire safety reports when applicable.
• Enforce all security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
