Familiarity with training aids, presentation tools, and the USCCA's eLearning platform is typically required. Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to engage students of varying skill levels are standout soft skills. Building a strong network within the organization also fosters support and professional growth.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to confidently engage with diverse audiences.

Territory:

Our commitment to you:
If you're selected for this role, you'll receive the tools, coaching, and support you need to succeed. To set you up for a strong start, you'll complete a required, paid training program that runs for the first 5 weeks. Training includes virtual orientation, self-paced learning, and virtual instructor-led classroom training.
