Bartenders are responsible for delivering each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available throughout the experience. Bartenders provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Responsibilities:ย ย 

Listen to the Customer

  • Deliver exceptional service by understanding guests' preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages, alcohol policies and pre-batch processย ย 
  • Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude.ย 

Be Respectful of Company Resources

  • Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS
  • Adhere to pre-order and pre-batch processes to reduce waste and streamline operations.ย 

Show Urgency

  • Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service and cleared at the end of the day.ย 
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.ย 

Create Positive Energy

  • Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service.ย 
  • Train new bartenders to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.ย 

Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories:

  • Food and Beverage
  • All issued training testing throughout employment

Requirements & Minimum Qualifications

  • Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
  • Minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
  • Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
  • Authorized to legally work in the US

Line Cook Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly pay of $2.13 plus tips
  • Ability to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits (for employees who maintain full-time status)
  • Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holiday (may vary depending on state and local laws)
  • Ability to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.
  • Employee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests.
