You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience with system engineering supporting space Major Defense Acquisition Programs, such as space, ground, software, or hardware systems
  • 8+ years of experience with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies, the software development life cycle (SDLC), and planning and executing system integration of complex space and ground systems
  • 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing cloud-based solutions and cloud-based development
  • Knowledge of implementation of DevOps and DevSecOps principles focused on automated testing, continuous delivery, real time monitoring and feedback, and security concerns
  • Knowledge of service level concepts of operation and deployment of system capability
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with performing systems engineering, integration, and test on electronic warfare systems or other command and control systems
  • Experience with programming languages including C or C++, C#, Scala, Ruby, Perl, Java, Python or PHP
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02
  • Possession of strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Master's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent field
  • Security+ Certification, Cloud Certification, including AWS, Certified Solutions Architect Associate Certification, Google Certified Professional - Cloud Architect Certification, or MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
