Job description

FT/PT Unarmed Security Officers - $20.50/hr

HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Unarmed Security Officers in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. These positions will be for 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends. These positions offer a pay rate of $20.50/hr - paid weekly.

Requirements:

  • Must have Level I New Mexico Guard card in hand.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift- including weekends and holidays).
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
  • Minium 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Minium 1 year of unarmed security experience.
  • Knowledge of Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems and Alarm monitoring is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs is preferred.
  • Experience in Warehouse Yard Check-In Procedures is preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background and pre-employment drug screening.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
