Job description

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on PART TIME Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, fill in at assigned sites as needed and train new hires across multiple located from Baton Rouge  to Hahnville. TWIC card required for the position.
The ideal candidate leads by example, ensures high-quality service ServiceMaster standards, and is comfortable traveling between sites as needed. This role requires strong leadership, flexibility, and technical floor maintenance skills. The ideal candidate leads by example, ensures quality standards are met, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years janitorial experience (supervisory experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and motivate staff
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, and emergency coverage as needed)
