Your duties may have you work with a group of students or provide private tutor sessions for one-on-one assistance. A tutor can work with students of any age and may address several subjects or only focus on one. You may travel to the student's home, offer services from a tutoring center, or tutor virtually through an online platform. You may be asked to provide reports and communicate with parents on the student's progress.

Staying organized and seeking support from fellow tutors or supervisors can further ease the workload and improve the tutoring experience.
