About the Opportunity
La Cumbre Country Club's Patio Bar & Grill is looking for a PM Line Cook to join our afternoon/evening service team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen and loves being part of a team. If you're passionate about the craft, ready to grow, and bring great energy to service we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
• Execute dinner service according to menu standards
• Maintain station readiness and efficiency during high-volume service
• Work closely with the team for smooth service flow
• Set up and fully stock your station prior to service
• Ensure all plates are prepared accurately and on time, every time
• Communicate clearly with the expeditor and kitchen team throughout service
• Maintain a clean and organized station throughout your shift
• Properly store, label, and date all food items after service
• Break down and clean your station at the end of shift
• Assist with restocking for the next day
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Compensation
$20-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus participation in the service charge pool (averaging $3.50-$5.50/hour additional).
