Maintenance Lead Worker

Position: Maintenance Lead Worker

Reports to: Maintenance Worker III

Salary Range: $16.20– $17.89 per hour

Dates of employment: Seasonal

Responsibilities:

  • Possess skills such as equipment operation, painting, tree trimming and removal, mowing/landscaping, light construction, etc. or be willing to learn on the job
  • Be willing to supervise other part time staff on occasion
  • Be willing to work as part of a team
  • Help keep facilities, equipment, and materials clean and organized
  • Report any accidents or injuries to a supervisor immediately
  • Report concerns or problems to supervisory staff
  • Other duties necessary to facilitate exceptional park facilities

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work outdoors
  • Has knowledge or willingness to learn regarding irrigation repair
  • Must possess a valid Missouri Driver's License
  • Be on time for work each day
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Must be able to work independently after receiving directions from a supervisor
  • Be available for some weekend shifts
