We are looking for a Seasonal Landscape crew member. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and potentially transition into a permanent position with great benefits based on performance and company needs.

What does a landscape plant maintenance crew member do?

  • Assist in landscape plant and bed maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, planting and clean ups on a regular schedule.
  • Work well independently as well as on a team while caring for customer properties. Interact professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services.
  • Continue on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Must be able to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day
  • All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
