Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our progressively growing team in Ellisville, Missouri. Gambrill Gardens consists of 297 apartment homes for SENIORS. We are looking for a reliable team member who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards. We are open to hiring FULL-TIME or PART-TIME hours. Available shifts: Saturday amp; Sunday (3:00pm - 11:00pm), Monday amp; Tuesday (11:00pm to 7:00am), as well as Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:00pm).

The Front Desk Concierge reports directly to the Executive Director of the community. It is essential that the receptionist report to work at his/her scheduled work hours. The FDC must be to walk the property, including stairs, on a regular and as-needed basis in order to perform his/her job duties.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of guests, employees and company assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Promote positive and courteous public relations to all tenants, visitors and guests.
  • Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guest and company assets; monitor visitor activities.
  • Gain and maintain proficiency with life safety system and central security panel of buildings.
  • Prepares reports based upon observations, information and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate with Community Director on safety issues.
  • Tour properties and monitor building operations.
  • Maintain daily logs and shift reports.
  • Adhere to Security Policies and Procedures manual.
  • All other duties as assigned.
