Opportunity for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

Sign-On Bonus: $200 for Behavior Technicians and $500 for Registered Behavior Technicians. Bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months of employment and 50% after 6 months of employment.

Breakthrough ABA is looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We provide high-quality in-home ABA services across the Greater Houston and Beaumont areas, as well as center-based services in Cypress, TX.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

  • Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA

  • Collect and report data on target behaviors

  • Participate in behavior management programming

  • Support families with modeling and caregiver training

  • Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:
  • Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

  • Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

  • Experience working with children (experience with special needs is a plus)

  • Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset

  • Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children

  • Must pass a background check

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance
