The Opportunity:

You will contribute to the success of Canadian Natural's operations by assisting with various project initiative such as inventory audits, reception and mailroom coverage.

  • Job location: Calgary, AB - Head Office
  • Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday - Friday) for full-time schedule 
  • Term length: 12 months 
  • Term start: January 2027
  • Term type: Part-time & Full-time
    • January - April: Part-time
    • May - August: Full-time
    • September - December: Part-time (Part-time being a maximum of 20 hours per week.)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Booking car and hotel reservations for our Canadian Natural employee business travelers
  • Assist with booking our fly in/out travelers to and from their appropriate work site
  • Assist the Corporate Travel team with various reports and projects that will benefit the company

What You Bring to The Role:

  • Currently enrolled or within one year of graduating from a Travel and Tourism program
  • Proficient with the Sabre booking system
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
