Travel + Leisure Co. recently acquired Yes& Vacations and Spinnaker Resorts, adding 23 resorts in destinations like Maui, Las Vegas and Hilton Head. This role has joined the Travel + Leisure Co. family, and applicants will be applying directly to Travel + Leisure Co.

How You’ll Shine:

The Lifeguard’s primary responsibility is the safety of the owners and guests at the resort. This position is the first responder for any incident that may occur in the pool area(s). They will be required to provide medical attention or conduct a water rescue if necessary. This position will be working at Tahiti Village Resort.
Part Time- approximately 20-24 hrs per week - Seasonal until the end of December 2026

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Monitor the pool and surrounding areas. Ensure that the pool area is safe and secure at all times. Communicate with guests to make them aware of the safety rules of the pool area(s).

  • Provide medical attention and conduct water rescues if necessary.

  • Assist with resort activities and events in the pool area.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Certified or ability to become certified: CPR / First Aid certified, Water Safety.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.        

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, guest and owners.

  • Possess ability to work independently and follow instructions.

  • A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
