Job description

Our client, a manufacturing organization committed to excellence and innovation, is seeking a dedicated Engineering Clerk Part-Time to join their team. As an Engineering Clerk, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to data management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Clerk Part-Time

Location: Hamilton, OH

Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour

Shift: 4pm - 2am, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

  • Create, update, and maintain engineering documentation such as manufacturing routings, technical drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs)
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems and documents
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and distribute engineering data
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining and analyzing engineering records
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within manufacturing or engineering environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
