Position OverviewThe attorney will support a variety of transactional matters, including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
- Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, and corporate restructurings
- Supporting commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development transactions
- Conducting legal due diligence and managing diligence processes
- Identifying and mitigating legal and business risks associated with complex transactions
- Collaborating with executive leadership and external advisors regarding transaction strategy and execution
- Reviewing and advising on corporate governance and contract-related matters as needed
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
