Part Time Training Content Creator information

What is a part time training content creator?

A Part Time Training Content Creator is a professional who designs, develops, and delivers educational materials, such as online courses, video tutorials, or written guides, on a part-time basis. They often work for companies, educational institutions, or as freelancers to create engaging learning resources for employees or students. Their responsibilities may include collaborating with subject matter experts, editing content for clarity, and ensuring materials meet learning objectives. This role is ideal for individuals who have expertise in instructional design and want a flexible work schedule.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a part time training content creator?

To thrive as a Part Time Training Content Creator, you need expertise in instructional design, subject matter knowledge, and strong written and visual communication skills, often supported by a relevant degree or teaching experience. Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate), learning management systems (LMS), and video editing software is typically required. Creativity, time management, and adaptability are valuable soft skills that help in producing engaging and effective training materials on a flexible schedule. These skills ensure the creation of high-quality, accessible content that meets learning objectives and supports organizational goals.

What are some typical challenges part time training content creators face when balancing multiple projects and deadlines?

Part Time Training Content Creators often juggle several projects simultaneously, each with its own set of deadlines and requirements. One common challenge is efficiently prioritizing tasks to meet tight schedules while maintaining high-quality, engaging content. Since the role may involve collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, or other team members, clear communication and time management are essential. Additionally, adapting to feedback and revising materials quickly is important to ensure content aligns with evolving learning objectives and organizational standards.

ON-CAMERA CONTENT CREATOR WANTED

ย Role: On-Camera Content Creator

Location: Los Angeles - Hybrid Preferredย  |ย  US Remote considered

Type: Part-time (Hourly Contractor)

Pay: $20-40/hr

Do you love creating content and being the person in front of the camera? We want to hear from you.

ย About TubeScience

At TubeScience, we create the best-performing video ads on the internet - content so good that viewers choose to watch it. We're LA's largest performance creative agency, and we're looking for creators who can shoot scroll-stopping content.

Our 55,000 sq ft production facility in the Arts District has 25 sets - everything from white cycloramas to fully built kitchens and living rooms - plus an in-house team to help with casting, styling, and post-production.

You don't need a traditional advertising or marketing background. If you know how to create engaging content, feel confident on camera, understand what makes someone stop scrolling, and are excited to learn the strategy behind high-performing ads, we'll teach you the rest.

ย What You'll Do

ย Shoot up to 10 pieces of content a week across a variety of DTC brands, collaborating with a Creative Strategist or Creative Strategy Lead

ย Create content across in the categories you know best - whether haircare, beauty, skincare, health & wellness, pet products, food & beverage, apps, and more

ย  Shoot and edit content on your phone - fast, scrappy iPhone content and B-roll

ย  Be on camera (UGC-style) and collaborate with others - friends, creators, and actors

ย  Use performance data to guide what you shoot next

ย What You Bring

ย  Experience creating video content for social media (portfolio required);

ย  On-camera experience or UGC background;

ย  Ability to shoot high-quality video on an iPhone;

ย  Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools;

ย  Strong understanding of social platforms and what performs;

ย  Organized, communicative, and fast-moving.

ย Bonus Points

ย  You've created content that drove real results (sales, sign-ups, engagement)

ย  Experience working with brands or in fast-paced environments

ย Who Thrives Here

ย  Creators who love being on camera and producing high-volume content

ย  Self-starters who take initiative

ย  Collaborative, positive team players

ย  Fast learners interested in strategy and performance

This role can grow into a full-time Visual Strategist position at a company that promotes from within.
